One-stop Service

One-stop Service Center provides efficient service by swiftly processing academic affairs and operations at one spot.

One-stop service includes the following:

  • Issuing academic records and certificates
  • Issuing ID cards for the faculty and lecturers
  • Correcting personal information of graduates
  • Issuing/re-issuing ID cards of the faculty, administrative staff and students
  • Issuing international student ID card
  • Collecting and managing lost items
  • Receiving and sending academic operation-related faxes
  • Responding to inquiries on “Academic Administration Inquiry” noticeboard of Sejong Campus website and via phone
  • The operations concerning leave of absence and returning to school (Internet processing, application in person) are handled by administrative offices of each department.

Certificate Issue Outside School

  • Connect to portal system (http://portal.korea.ac.kr) in personal computer, and print the certificate from [Information Service > Internet Certification System > Certificate Application].
  • Send an application from post office and the certificate will be sent via post.(Seoul One-stop Service Center ☎+82-2-3290-1144)
  • Apply for a certificate at the fax application counter of a nearby district office or eup/myeon/dong office to receive the certificate via fax (certificate in English not available)

  • Certificates are issued from the kiosk on the second floor of the Institute for Academic Information.
  • For information regarding academic administration, refer to Education, Academic Affairs > Academic Administration > Academic Administration FAQ and Forms > Academic Administration FAQ on the Korea University Sejong Campus website
  • Various forms for academic administration can be downloaded from Academic Affairs > Academic Administration > Academic Administration FAQ and Forms > Forms on the Korea University Sejong Campus website
